Anybody else have this problem?

After the new update, I've been starting games really late. I'm not lagging or anything, I just enter the game, gain control of my probes, and I look down at the game clock and it says something like 00:16. SIXTEEN seconds into the game and I get to start.

Weirdly enough before this update, your problem would always happen to me, but now after the update for me this does not happen to me.
