Root Training

Anyone else think it'd be cool if ROOT had some sort of Training Academy? Where they pick a certain number of scrubs and put them through training? I think this would be the next step for ROOT Gaming, it could create more exposure and build a stronger line up for ROOT in the future.

Isn't that what they did with fitzy puck and masa? Only masa said stfu your scrubs i can take your best out back too proceeds to beat tt1 vibe and maybe tod/slush didn't see the end to that one so don't know who won.

masa fitzy and puck got picked up and got put into the main team, training academy would kinda be a second team with a bunch of B-Teamers and noobs that are in training.

yeah i partly meant my post as a joke which really wasn't very funny. and partly fishing for information on who won the last battle royale.

still i got the impression that puck, fitzy and masa were considered long term additions as in they had the potential but needed to be trained. or put a different way i got the feeling that while they were on the team they were like an nba draft pick that wasn't expected to start till a year or two down the road. i am probably wrong as puck and fitzy are really good and masa is a beast.

That'd be really cool if they did it, even just as a B-team or an Academy like Complexity. I'm about a Mid-Masters Protoss and getting extra help from the ROOT team I think could really elevate my play

Of course Catz and ROOT can do as they please, but picking up some members for a Training team would be pretty rad!
